Gov. Andrew Cuomo has signed the PEF/MC pay bill. That clears the way for state employees represented by the Public Employees Federation and those in the management/confidential class to get their raises. Union members back in December approved the deal which will give them 2 percent annual raises through March 31, 2019. The deal also makes no changes in the cost-sharing ratios for health insurance.
