Investigation reveals drug dealing at N.J. youth correctional facilityCLINTON TWP. — A senior corrections officer at the Mountainview Youth Correctional Facility and his stepfather face multiple charges in connection with alleged marijuana deals at the facility, as well as bribery and money laundering. Mountainview education program brings back former inmates to tutor The two arrests followed a joint investigation by the Hunterdon County Prosecutor's Office Bureau of Professional Standards and the New Jersey Department of Corrections Special Investigations Division, Hunterdon County Prosecutor Anthony P. Kearns III and Chief of Detectives John J. Kuczynski announced Thursday evening. On Wednesday, Nickoy Ellis, 31, of Lake Hiawatha, was arrested and charged with official misconduct and bribery, both second-degree crimes. He was also charged with possession with intent to distribute marijuana and money laundering, both third-degree crimes. Ellis was a senior corrections officer for the New Jersey Department of Corrections at the time of his arrest. His stepfather, Kingsley Ellis, 51, of Union Township, was also arrested and charged with conspiracy to commit bribery, a second-degree crime, and complicity to money laundering, a third-degree crime.
