A Pennsylvania dope dealer was denied relief when he appealed his conviction based on a supposed faulty frisk revolving around a “part of his anatomy.” Edward Roman Garza, 30, unsuccessfully argued that he told a state trooper the bulge spotted in his pants during a 2013 traffic stop was his junk, not a gun as cops suspected. The trooper grabbed the mound near Garza’s groin and discovered it was actually bundles of drugs, not a gun or a penis, according to the Lancaster County District Attorney’s Office.
