Biker shot at Twin Peaks in Waco sues restaurant, police, sheriffA biker who was shot during the May 2015 Twin Peaks shootout but not arrested filed a lawsuit Tuesday in an attempt to recover his medical expenses. William Richardson, of Lexington, was shot in the lower torso during the melee at Twin Peaks and is listed in the criminal indictments as one of about 20 victims of the 155 indicted bikers.
