INDIANAPOLIS (AP) -- Indianapolis police say a domestic violence suspect who was arrested "without incident" complained of chest pain while in custody, went into cardiac arrest and died. Police said in a statement Thursday that officers responded just before 9 p.m. to a domestic violence call after a teenager reported a man attacked her and her mother. The statement says officers arrested the suspect on suspicion of domestic battery "without incident or the use of force." The statement says the suspect was "cooperative and willingly submitted to his arrest." He later complained of chest pain, and officers ordered an ambulance.
