Attorney General Mark Herring says 265 Virginians are receiving restitution checks as part of a judgment against a door-to-door magazine sales company. Herring says in a news release that the state’s share of the judgment is more than $20,000. The lawsuit alleged that Florida-based KLMN Reader Services Inc. sold subscriptions with no intention of providing the magazines and failed to honor certain terms of its agreements. www.richmond.com/ap/state/article_5c45abab-b7b8-59e1-91eb-36fbeb8a59d9.html
