Bill Clinton stumps in Oklahoma City for wife's presidential candidacy
OKLAHOMA CITY — Fresh off a victory in Nevada, Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign came to Oklahoma City on Sunday in the form of her husband, former President Bill Clinton.
He spoke to about 750 people in an auditorium in Northeast Academy, saying she would work to foster equality in economics, in social issues and in politics.
“You’ve got a chance to elect a president who has spent a lifetime trying to break down barriers and build ladders,” Clinton said.
“America never stopped being great,” he said. “We just need a president who can make America whole again.”
