With Super Tuesday right around the corner, the presidential blitz is on in Tennessee. On a day when Republican frontrunner Donald Trump secured a key endorsement from a one-time rival, U.S. Sen. Ted Cruz of Texas and retired neurosurgeon Ben Carson made campaign stops in Nashville. Cruz continued his attacks on Trump, saying the real estate mogul's positions on certain issues were similar to Democratic front-runner Hillary Clinton while Carson defended his decision to stay in the race, despite his low totals in states that have already voted. The two candidates' visits are the first among a last-minute wave of appearances from the field of presidential hopefuls.
