News 12 NBC 26, (WRDW/WAGT) -- Planned Parenthood announced they are no longer providing health care at the Augusta Health Center on Broad Street.
According to their website, they decided to shut down the branch in order to be fiscally responsible and continue to provide high quality health care.
The release said they constantly look at operating efficiently and helping as many as patients as possible both locally and nationwide. As a result of that, they have decided to put resources to other communities in the area.
