Anthony DiNozzo Snyder, age 3 1/2 months, died inside a home in Reading, Pa., on the night of Dec. 7. On Thursday, the Berks County coroner's office ruled the baby's death a homicide, throwing the ongoing police investigation into another gear.
WFMZ-TV reports that the actual cause of death, as announced by the coroner, was determined to be poisoning and starvation.
The bombshell announcement, however, was met with silence from both the Reading police and the Berks County district attorney.
WFMZ said both agencies declined to comment on the case, except to say that it's an ongoing investigation.
