Jimmy McNeely, of Gulfport, Mississippi, knows it sounds crazy, but he insists a devilish face has appeared on his driveway.
He told his story recently to the Sun Herald newspaper.
McNeely, 55, said the face began to appear about a year ago, after his sister and some friends stuck a cross in the grass near his front door. He said the cross was to help him with an unspecified mortgage problem.
"Within about two months," he told the newspaper, "the little eyeball on this guy showed up. Some people say it's a clown. I see the devil."
