Nevada GOP Congressional Candidate And Bundy Supporter Encourages People To Shoot PoliceMichele Fiore is a Nevada Republican Assemblywoman, who has held office since February 4, 2013. As reported by the Las Vegas Sun, Fiore, who has a strong connection with the Bundy Militia group, defends armed confrontations with law enforcement. Fiore felt the illegal 41-day occupation of the Malheur National Wildlife Preserve by a group of militiamen was justified. She described the armed occupiers as “campers” who were victimized by the government. Here’s a YouTube video of her interview. The Armed Oregon group was led by brothers Ammon and Ryan Bundy, sons of the infamous cattle rancher Cliven Bundy. In 2014 Cliven Bundy and a group of militiamen were involved in an armed standoff with the U.S. Bureau of Land Management (BLM), the FBI, and local law enforcement over grazing fees which Bundy refused to pay. Bundy drew praise and support from Republican presidential candidates and conservative political personalities like Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY), Fox News, and current number two GOP presidential candidate Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX).
