EW ORLEANS, Jan. 18 (UPI) -- Parts of New Orleans were shut down Saturday as a giant second line parade moved through the city in honor of late rock icon David Bowie. Butler also paid tribute to his friend and collaborator earlier in the week with a statement praising him for his vision and for his help over the last decade.
