TIFT COUNTY, Ga. — Surveillance video appears to show a Georgia teacher knocking down a special needs student in the hallway. The incident happened at the Tift County Pre-K Center in Tifton, Georgia on March 17. The special education teacher, identified as Amelia Stripling, has since resigned, according to WALB. The child’s mother, Sarah Patterson, said her son just turned 4-years-old. She said Stripling thrust her knee into the boy’s back, causing him to fall.
