The Mississippi House on Tuesday passed a bill to ban a common abortion procedure known as dilation and evacuation, which abortion opponents also call “dismemberment abortion.”
The bill that’s now headed to Gov. Phil Bryant’s desk would establish the Mississippi Unborn Child Protection from Dismemberment Abortion Act.
