Hillary Clinton has a clear lead in all the latest Pennsylvania Democratic polls, but the Bernie Sanders campaign says it isn’t worried. “Our campaign has a history of coming from behind, closing the gap and winning in some instances, so we’re not concerned with what the polls may say today,” campaign spokeswoman Symone Sanders told Pennsylvania reporters on a conference call this morning. “This momentum we have is great and it’s coupled with a great ground game. We’re very proud of the operation we’re running in Pennsylvania.” Mr. Sanders is concentrating his efforts on New York, which votes on Tuesday. After that, expect to see a lot of him in Pennsylvania before the April 26 primary. He is likely to deliver pro-union remarks that focus on job retention, affordable housing and good wages, much as he did during previous visits to Pittsburgh and Philadelphia. “Pennsylvania is of key importance to us and we are planning to do extremely well in Pennsylvania so the senator has spent a substantial amount of time in Pennsylvania, and you can expect to see him again very soon,” Ms. Sanders said.
