A judge has upheld the suspension of a Brooklyn Park elementary school student who chewed his breakfast pastry into the shape of a gun and pretended to shoot classmates. Anne Arundel County Circuit Judge Ronald Silkworth ruled this week that the school system could reasonably consider that the 7-year-old boy's actions were disruptive and a suspension was appropriate. "Look, I made a gun," the boy allegedly said, according to a school document. He was suspended for two days. The incident occurred less than three months after the mass shooting at Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown, Connecticut.
